I'm fairly confident impermissible benefits are impermissible regardless of the source of those benefits. Was this approved by coaching staff or any other university member? If yes then yes. If no then no.
26 MPG = riding the pine. Not sure if serious.
Only difference is if a school official is doing it it’s a school offense and the school is punished. If it’s an agent games will be vacated and school is not punished. You already knew that thoughI'm fairly confident impermissible benefits are impermissible regardless of the source of those benefits.
Leakage will be within 24 hours...
That sounds like it could be serious. You should go see a doctor.
"The school is not punished" by having to vacate games or titles??? That's good to hear; I'm gonna have to relay this good news to our former players and fans. They're pretty down about NOT being punished. And you might want to spread the news amongst your own players and fans; "hey guys, the worst that could happen is we vacate games and titles; the school won't be punished".Only difference is if a school official is doing it it’s a school offense and the school is punished. You seem a tad bitter. Is it the title being vacated or other schools doing much worse who's not punished?"The school is not punished" by having to vacate games or titles??? Bitter? Nah...I was ready to accept our fate and move on when it was first announced prior to our appeal. I thought the punishment was fair enough because it didn't (and still hasn't...yet) impact our present or future. The loss of our coach and AD was a school decision, not the NCAA. I was fine (even relieved) with Pitino gone; not so much with Jurich, who I feel was much more critical to our school's athletic success. As far as who's not being punished, I don't concern myself with those. You don't/didn't see me involved whatsoever in those UNC threads. You seem a tad bitter. You can't choose both.

We may have to vacate an elite eight season if Bam is ruled ineligible. It would suck but like I said it’s hard to know what a kid did every day before he got to campus. It isn’t hard to know what assistant coaches are doing while on payroll"The school is not punished" by having to vacate games or titles??? I've heard everything from $4-7 million per year. I'm guessing between $4-5.He might up being the highest paid coach.
All of UL's chips in on him succeeding.
Gonna be a fun game when he coaches against UK next year in the Yum.
You could be right, but everyone knows (ul fans have reminded us). UL has money to spend. Including MackI've heard everything from $4-7 million per year. I'm guessing between $4-5.
There is a huge gap between the top 3 highest paid coaches (K, Cal, and Holtmann) and everyone else: Yes, Ohio State pays Chris Holtmann over $7 million a year. RollLaugh After that the dropoff goes all the way down below $5 million (Self & Izzo). I would guess Mack will get between $3-$4 mil.I've heard everything from $4-7 million per year. If they really want Mack it should be~7 million a year. There is a huge gap between the top 3 highest paid coaches (K, Cal, and Holtmann) and everyone else: Yes, Ohio State pays Chris Holtmann over $7 million a year. There's a big difference is having a big program budget (Tyra said $100 million) and the current administration being as willing to pay top dollar like the previous administration. Our athletic department finances are under much closer scrutiny these days. I sure hope they don't blow any possible Mack deal by trying to pinch pennies on the head coach. You could be right, but everyone knows (ul fans have reminded us). UL has money to spend. Mack or bust is the theme right now. There's a big difference is having a big program budget (Tyra said $100 million) and the current administration being as willing to pay top dollar like the previous administration. That would be pretty stupid if they do. He was only making $1.7 at Xavier and I am sure they'll at least double that.... but he wouldn't need $7 million to leave Xavier. The arena authority just sold $400 million in bonds just to re-structure the arena deal to avoid default. Cards don't want to default on a new head coach too. WinkingIf they really want Mack it should be~7 million a year.
They've said it's Mack or bust.
UL is desperate. Again, why Mack? That would be pretty stupid if they do. He was only making $1.7 at Xavier and I am sure they'll at least double that.... but he wouldn't need $7 million to leave Xavier.
@Bert Higginbotha , I'd love to talk to you not drunk. I enjoyed our conversation, but would love for you to call me again.
The new AD is probably bangin' his wife....UL is desperate. Again, why Mack?
Bert is always hopped up on cough syrup.@Bert Higginbotha , I'd love to talk to you not drunk. I enjoyed our conversation, but would love for you to call me again.
