Umping question. Runner on first. Batter hits it up the middle. 2nd baseman fields it with his bare hand and touches 2nd base with his glove. It’s a force out right?

Yes, just like if it were him touching the bag with his foot. The runner isn't out if he is tagged with an empty glove and ball is in the opposite hand though, has to be tagged with the hand holding the ball.
