If that were the case, UK would be playing West Virginia at home this year.For the most part they do a home/away series between 2 teams. So if you play a team one year, you're gonna play them again the next year.
Not sure why Auburn would've been left out last year. Maybe because they finished 11th in the SEC Standings in 2016-2017?
I don't know. Whoever is on the SEC's side here when it comes to scheduling needs to do a better job if there's not an exact criteria that they're working with.
