I don’t care about Kenpom. UM played Nova very early in the season. They were just beginning to play together vs a very motivated and much more experienced UM.
UNC was a home game and as were seeing, UNC isn’t typical UNC. They got crushed by Louisville. Playing on the road in college is hard. This isn’t the NBA.
I’m not even saying UM is bad or anything. I’m just trying to explain why people are skeptical. UM just needs to keep winning but I think by the end of the year not playing at Purdue or at OSU and having a lack luster non conference will impact seeding. I’m not sure how UM arrived at this schedule but it’s loaded with home games.
