Why is Lamello Ball a 5 dear but not in the rivals 100 in 2019?

If I had to guess, I’d say Rivals doesn’t consider him an amateur because his dad is a raging moron that gambled his kids’ future on a publicity stunt.

Good offensive player, but might have a more busted shot than his brother.
