Knowing him, he'd probably rank the players out by significance.
He has a toe injury. It began more than a month ago, though. He's played some games with it. Not really sure what his status will be from game to game.
To be fair, I don't necessarily know that Duke is playing worse with Roach out of the lineup. I actually think our ball movement has picked up a notch - and our defense looks better, too. Freshmen showed some real poise against Pitt.
Right!? Just given the trend of the two schools I'd say most everyone, myself included, would have gone with UT for 6 points.
Congrats to @ThePhog08 (another win!) and @ExitFlagger on winning the week with 18 points! Solid scores across the board. @mikeinknoxville is sitting strong, retaining his spot on the leaderboard.
Next week I'll include the first double-points week. And then probably mid-February I'll drop everyone's lowest score. By that time, we should have a much better picture of who the real contenders are going to be this year. But, I'll also have double-points again in February and March (Sweet 16 games), as well as bonus points in the 1st Round of the tournament. Still a long ways to go!

You picked both Iowa State and Texas - and omitted to pick a winner for the Rutgers-Michigan State matchup.
Not sure how to judge this, but I'm inclined to give you 5 points for Iowa State, and you would obviously miss the 3 points for the Rutgers-MSU game since neither team was picked. Does anyone think this could be ruled differently?

no I think that's the fair way to do it. If people want to hedge their bets and pick both teams in one game that's fine, but they will lose one for sure and they lost out on picking one of the games. Seems like fitting punishment.
