What's the single worst stereotype associated with your team/fanbase?

Are we talking about false stereotypes, or things that are actually true?............
Pick your own path.

Absolutely the worst stereotype about Kansas fans is that they aren’t satisfied with merely being the best program in the country.

They recently missed the tournament four years in a row.

That would be disappointing even for K-State or Missouri.
That' brings up the age-old question. Is making the tournament the bar of success?

The bar?

Of course not, but if winning it is the most important thing, then missing it is every bit as disqualifying.
How many years of missing the tournament would you trade for a single title?

Also I wasnt aware that your school was in Springfield Mass.
The game was invented in MA. The sport of college basketball was, unequivocally, invented in Lawrence, KS.

The game was invented in MA.

The sport of basketball was invented in Springfield. Makes no difference where the first team was, only to the Kansas fans.

Now that that particular talking point is gone, how about the one in the 50's. Wasnt the field like 8 or 16 teams? lol. And did you really win in 2008 if Memphis didnt have a season?

If Kansas is the best program in the country, then I have some good mountain top property that I will sell you in sunny South Florida!

It's probably the program whose fans wanted to give up the #1 recruiting class and pay a $50 mil buyout just to get rid of their coach.
