What team do you dislike the most?

Auburn is far better positioned to get to another final 4 right now before Kansas does.
What does KU have to do with what we're talking about? You have the maturity of a fourth grader.

Auburn might be better positioned to go to the final four this year, because it's their best team ever, but there's no reason to think they're better positioned beyond this season. Besides your homerism of course. KU has a much better 2022 class than Auburn and they'll be a popular destination for transfers.

Kansas is still staring down the barrel of ncaa issues. That’s behind auburn. Auburn will be a very popular spot for transfers as well. We have 4 transfers all thriving on this years team.

As an expansion on my earlier post, besides Mizzou (probably Illinois’ best rivalry, given the setup in St. Louis), I would say I have or have had a “historically speaking dislike” for the following teams:

Indiana: Have had a very even and intense series with them over the years, and it’s cool that two states so into basketball (college and high school) border each other. It’s kind of ebbed and flowed, though - it was red hot during the ‘80s with Knight and Henson publicly feuding and some classic games, and it got really big again during the Eric Gordon saga, but not as intense lately.

Iowa: This was big before I was born (Bruce Pearl is still public enemy #1 in IL), but it totally fell off in the late ‘90s and for most of the time since 2000. However, this actually turned into a great rivalry again a few years ago. There was so much intensity when we played the last few years and no shortage of bad blood.

Northwestern: Meh, it’s just not that easy to hate NU. For most of my life, I actively rooted for them as that “little engine that could,” lol. However, I’ll admit that their “Chicago’s Big Ten Team” campaign got under my skin and added some decent fuel to this series for a bit. However, they have started to be pretty bad again, and we lead the all-time series 141-42, including winning 7 in a row … it’s just not a great series and inspires very subdued hate.

North Carolina: I was indeed bitter when they beat us in the National Championship in 2005. I still think the 2005 Illini were not just one of the best teams to never win it all, but one of the best college basketball teams of all-time; there have been multiple National Champions since 2005 who I think the ‘05 Illini would beat by 10+. For that to be just another NC for North Carolina and a depressing, missed opportunity for us sucked. Illinois wins that game, and their history as a program is thought of in the same breath as Arizona or Syracuse (look at the stats and add 1 NC…), but now we retain the dubious honor of being one of (if not) the best programs to have never won it all. However, as time has passed, I don’t see UNC any differently than any other Blue Blood.

Out of fellow B1G schools, I’m surprised/disappointed that a better rivalry has never developed with Wisconsin. The Bears/Packers overlap is obvious, and the states have no lost love for each other. I think that since 2000, Wisconsin and Illinois are the winningest Big Ten programs after MSU, too, so we have had a lot of meaningful battles.

The longer the NCAA stuff drags out, the less likely it is that there will be any major punishments. Either way, that's all speculation. The bottom line is KU has much better recruits coming in. Their best class in years.

Transfer portal is far more important than high school recruiting at this point

Far more important is a major stretch. Most of the truly elite talent is still going to come from HS. The next Zion isn't going to transfer to Auburn from Savannah St. 🤣
Well of course. The next Zion isn’t going to be in college longer than a year. Did anyone in the Country pick up a bigger transfer than walker kessler this past year?

Shush....you wouldn't know anything about Final Fours.

Why are you jumping into this? There is no attack on UK in what I asked. Shouldn't you be patrolling the fence line or something?

Because I can.... especially when you go spouting off about things you know nothing about.

So, you're not just the UK Bouncer, you are the UK aggressor and just come at posters cause you feel like it?
What don't I know about that you do indeed know about?

I do what I want, when I want, so stay tuned. I'd say you've got a lot to learn, but you seem to have an allergy to the FACTS.

I laugh at how delusional you are. You are the epitome of rupps rafters type
Here's how much you know, I've never been on RR. I'll tell another thing we've done, applaud opposing players. We appreciate good basketball.

You're like the red headed step child trying to get attention. You are good for entertainment value. Substance, not so much.

16 and 14 vs 19 and 7? One of those is called a Double Double, and Kessler didn't get it. 2 injuries is all that saved AU that day.
@AuHoosier420

^^ Doesn't understand that the 14 were extra possessions and the 7 may or may not have been. Also doesn't understand we shot ourselves in the foot even without point guards. We made more field goals than they did. Fouling those 3 3pt shooters gave them 9 points. Was bad on our guys part. The disparity in free three throws was the difference. We fouled more, but we out played them, short handed!

Let me know when you actually give some facts, I'll stay tuned. Go ahead and do what you want when you want, but if it is directed at me for no apparent reason, be prepared to look like an idiot.

Was Oscar a five star, he was barely on any list prior to this season. Undersized at 6'9 below the rim guy, seemed to be the flavor. Bum from W. Virgina.

Was Grady a 5*? I'm ignorant.
Just looked haha, Grady was but Oscar was on the cusp.

Duke and State obviously. Murray State would be next.

Texas A&M fans annoy me.

I'm not sure there is anyone else. Probably Clemson as long as Brownell is there.

Meh, I don't get how anyone can hate a program. How can you let a program own your mind like that? Did they break into your house and beat your ass, steal your manhood?

Michigan State fans might be the worst. They hate Michigan so bad that it angers them when UofM wins. They actually cheer for Ohio State.

Speaking of Ohio State, they are so bad, they cover all the letter M's on their campus. That’s ownage.

Why would I hate Louisville? What have they done to earn that kind of rent in my mind?

To me, maybe uNC, because I think they got away with the biggest scandal ever, but I can't blame them, I blame the NCAA. But I'll never look at uNC the same ever again.

I can't hate coach K, why would I? The guy has 5 titles and does what it takes to win, if the refs are too stupid to tell the difference between a flop and a real charge, well, you should take advantage of that. I refuse to hate a guy, or a program because they're good, again, that’s ownage. Makes you look like they own you.

Damn autocorrect. Extremely rustled. Kentucky fans literally can’t stand anyone else in the SEC being talked about. It’s hilarious
Damn lol do you just make shit up as you go or what? It’s embarrassing as hell playing in a conference that only has one dominant team year after year with One theme a margin every so often to make a little run so I’d say Kentucky fans or at least I know I am glad to see other teams step up and be decent but the question is will it last or flame out like it does every other time I think like Auburn or Tennessee puts together a nice 3 to 4 year run.
You, of all people, accusing another fanbase of wanting all the attention? Even you have to see humor in that.

Who are you okay sharing the spotlight with?

When you're not fellating Pearl or predicting dynasties for Auburn, you're talking shit on every other program in the country. Just look at your recent threads. The list is literally nothing but you taking turns trashing Kentucky, Calipari, Purdue, Gonzaga, Houston, Boeheim, Hubert Davis, Chet Holmgren, on and on.

It's hilarious that you can type some of this stuff with a straight face. You'd be way less annoying if you quit denying that you're the ultimate homer/hater and just embraced it.
Yea I mean he’s pretty spot on with this post!

Do you ever stop home boarding? Nobody cares about Auburn.
