Wendys Super Bar

Chik Fil A > Canes > KFC
Let’s see here.

Popeye’s > Church’s > Chicken Express > Chik Fil A > KFC > Raising Cane’s

Huge difference between Chik Fil A and KFC though. The only acceptable time to eat KFC is when somebody offers you it at a cookout or get together. If it’s your first choice to go eat at then you failed at making a good decision.

Ranking Popeye's above CFA is all I need to know about you as a fried chicken taster. You've failed.

Do the bones hurt your teeth or something?

Are you 8 years old?

I bet you cut your whole steak up before eating any of it and I bet you tear the crust off your sandwiches.

Wendy’s died for me many years ago. The spicy chicken sandwich used to be the #1 food item from any fast food place around. Then sometime around 2005 they must have switched up the recipe. Ended up being nothing more than a burnt piece of chicken + soggy tomato slice + soggy lettuce on soggy bread. If the place had decent fries it may be worth going to again but, IMO, there is absolutely nothing there worth going for. When Dave died it all went downhill.

Wendys died for me years ago when I found a fly in my burger.

lol

I stopped going to Wendy's when they changed their fry recipe. I don't really do fast food much anymore though.

I quit going when I heard that Dave became part of the meat in the burgers.

This is it. This is your meal. I do not understand why it is always so busy. Every single Raising Cane's in America right now (or 2 months ago rather) is as busy as any restaurant in its city.

It is the sauce.

You are vastly underrating Canes

Church's has okra that is what sets in apart

I'd rearrange the order but this is close to accurate.

It's rare to get a perfect batch of crinkle cut fries. All places that served them should be put on notice. It's like going to a place that offers only Pepsi beverages. Can't trust em.

1,2,4,5,6, and 10 are my favorites.

I'll be honest though, I do like KFC. I like basically any fried chicken though. Can't really mess it up.

I also cut my steak up before I eat it but I like all my food to be ready to eat before I eat. Never had a crustless sandwich though.

I love okra but prefer boiled over fried.

I miss Wendy’s restaurant style dining room. I also remember when Pizza Hut was like a sit down restaurant, and it was super dim and smokey in there with an awesome jukebox. I grew up off New Cut Rd and So Pkwy in Louisville, and the Pizza Hut off New Cut was lit. Good times in the 90s.

There are fried chicken places and there are places where you get chicken fingers.

Two different places.

With chicken fingers or tenders you need a dipping sauce.
Oh that’s right. I forgot about the life rule that says you can’t rank fried chicken and chicken finger restaurants on the same list.

Oh New Cut. Hardly ever out that way. Used to date a girl that lived close to there. Feistiest bitch I've ever met.

As you can see by his rankings, he's very confused when it comes to fried chicken. Us real southerners know what we are talking about. Schooner is a fake southerner
I'm born and raised in Oklahoma. Lived in Texas the past 15 years. I don't consider either of those places the south but they're more southern than the city (Louisville) that's just a few hours from Chicago that's got arctic tundra like weather in January.

This is something a fraud southerner would say

Alright if we’re talking fried chicken...when I’m in Louisville it’s:

BigMomma’s>ChickenKing>Indi’s>Popeyes>chic fil a>KFC>Canes

Canes: my 15 year old son kept telling me how great it was, so last week we went to the one in our hometown, That was the nastiest crap of chicken I've ever tried to choke down. He ate his and mine, lol. Told him I'd take him again if he wanted it, but that I'd never eat that crap again.

Chicken fingers were soggy and the breading just fell off the meat. Toast was soggy, and the fries sucked badly. Never again.

FWIW, our Kroger store makes some damn fine fried chicken.

Probably the blandest chicken I’ve ever had. Absolutely do not get the hype. Right there with ya.

Just a tip. If you buy hot fresh fried food and put it in a box, the moisture ruins it. Plus, everywhere I've ate since the stay at home orders has been disappointing.

Yeah, I hadn't considered that but I'm sure your right, makes sense. I really don't like to eat out that much, but I'm a single dad with a teenager..... Plus, I'm not much a cook, and the dishes I can make are limited, lol, but I do try to cook stuff at home since we can't dine in any more.

I haven’t had fried chicken in probably 2 months.

I’m not sure I’ve ever had a craving for fried chicken like I have right now. Lol

Yeah, now "I've done had a cravin' flung on me", (old Jerry Clower saying), for fried chicken. Have to run to Kroger for a few things after work, so I will probably pick up some of their's, it's really good, IMO.

Safeway is the Kroger of the west coast, and their fried chicken is trash, same with Ralph’s and Fry’s (Arizona)

How cheap were Mcdonald's burgers? I think I remember 19 cent burgers and 29 cent cheeseburgers on Mondays or something
