And good for Jermaine. He was great for us and Lamont tried to convince him to stay. Once a Cock always a cock so I will keep an eye on his tournament. I don't know if his game translates to the next level but I feel like if he can maintain some consistency he could have a good journeyman career at least in pro ball.

It was honestly the matchup I was hoping for. I think Oregon's gonna have a tough time with Creighton.
I agree to a point. Lamont has been here before and for us to play like we seemed entitled to begin with disturbs me greatly. This was a senior laden team yet where was the leadership on the court when it mattered. This loss can be attributed to two things imo, lackadaisical effort and lack of leadership when it mattered. Hopefully this is a lesson learned going forward with this program.
Partly. But they just ran into a buzzsaw. Oregon was the more talented team, by quite a lot if I had to say. They got hot in the conference tourney and then punched South Carolina in the mouth and they had no answer.
I think the 11 seed play in games are dangerous for the team who has to play the winner. The winner has a little opening tournament jitters out of the way already.
They gelled that game with the guys they got back from injury. Still, there is no excuse.
Still a solid season man. Only one team wins the tourney. 99.99% of fans will get crushed here soon. Sometimes it's less painful when you lose early.
