Maybe from your vantage point, but it was near criminal level in the second half.Because the first half whistles clearly went UW way that we had to use a seldom used freshman named Grayson Allen.

Whenever this stat gets brought up I’m surprised how little mention that (6) different Programs have played in the title game. To me that’s as noteworthy as not winning it. How many different programs have played in the title game since 2000 from the other conferences?
As a biased Osu fan, I think that Oden team was probably one of the 3-4 best teams since 2000 but had the misfortune of playing the best
3rd or 4th best of the B1G teams I'd agree. Overall, not so much.
Then we’ll disagree.
Then we’ll disagree.
2005 Illinois and 2015 UW were better so that's 3rd right there. And that's just in the B1G.
Again, we’ll disagree and especially about 2015 Wisconsin.
What is particularly galling is that the ACC won its games with key players hailing from the Midwest, supposedly Big Ten territory. 2005 UNC had Sean May, from Indiana; 2009 UNC had Tyler Hansburough, from Missouri, Bobby Frasor, from Illinois, and Tyler Zeller, from Indiana; 2013 Louisville had Wayne Blackshear, from Illinois; and 2015 Duke had Jahlil Okafor, from Illinois, and Tyus Jones, from Minnesota.Since 2000, this will be the 8th time a B10 team has played for the National title. Big is 1-6 in those games:
2000: MSU National champs.
2002: IU -- Lost to Maryland
2005: Illinois-- Lost to UNC
2007: OSU ---; Lost to Florida
2009: MSU ---- Lost to UNC
2013: UM ---- Lost to UL
2015: Wisky --- Lost to Duke
Damn ACC has whooped out ass in the title game; 5 of the 6
B1g for the most part sucks at recruting recently. Michigan, Indiana and Illinois not carrying their waters in recruiting concistently has really hurt the conference. In the 1980’s and 90’s, Illinois owned Chicago, IU owned Indiana and um was an absolute recruiting juggernaut nationally and in Michigan. What is particularly galling is that the ACC won its games with key players hailing from the Midwest, supposedly Big Ten territory. 2005 UNC had Sean May, from Indiana; 2009 UNC had Tyler Hansburough, from Missouri, Bobby Frasor, from Illinois, and Tyler Zeller, from Indiana; 2013 Louisville had Wayne Blackshear, from Illinois; and 2015 Duke had Jahlil Okafor, from Illinois, and Tyus Jones, from Minnesota.
Yep, well aware of that. This is especially true with Illinois. Duke, Kansas, and Kentucky have robustly siphoned off Illinois products. Villanova enjoyed the services of Jalen Brunson. Even Gonzaga has Zach Norvell.B1g for the most part sucks at recruting recently. Michigan, Indiana and Illinois not carrying their waters in recruiting cocnsistently has really hurt the conference. B1G has not recruited well at all as a conference for a long time. It does appear that Indiana is starting to be a force in Indiana again with Langford, Jackson-Davis, Brooks all having Indiana in their top 2-3 currently. I would say Indiana is the current favorite to land Langford and Jackson-Davis, and is probably 1b at the very least for Brooks.
Miller has made it a point to recruit "inside out" with Indiana kids the focus first. His first recruiting class with Phinesee and Anderson, also offering Henry and was the favorite to land Henry before Hunter and Anderson committed the day after Henry was offered.
Another 5* with big Indiana interest in 2019 is Trendon Watford, little bro of Christian "Watford for the win!" Matthew Hurt (5* MN) probably has Indiana in his top 8 right now like MySpace was still a thing, has been on campus already, has good friend Race Thompson already on the roster, and will host Indiana for an in-home visit. I would consider Hurt a long shot though.
I think Underwood is starting to recruit better than Weber and Groce in Illinois, but even in an era of dirty recruiting, the Chicago area is a quagmire.
I don't know enough to say if UM and MSU are doing well in Michigan.
