Iowa is hot right now. Definitely playing better than a 5 seed at the moment. But KU played some of its most consistent ball in the Big XII tourney. It would be a fun matchup.

No the #3 offense held themselves to 66 today. 17 turnovers and over 10 FT's missed if you include all the front ends of 1 and 1's. Purdue beat themselves more than Iowa beat them. At least half of the turnovers were unforced.

Right. You obviously didn't watch the same game I did. Yes, Iowa caused some turnovers, but at least half were due to poor decisions vs pressure. That's just the facts. Also facts that we missed a ton of FT's. Let me guess, Iowa has really good FT defense right?
FT defense is under appreciated.

Also, I get it. You're salty and want to rationalize how you could lose to lowly Iowa. We didn't beat you even though we rarely trailed in that game. You guys clearly beat yourselves and you're gonna do whatever you need to in order to justify that in your mind. Again, I get it..........
For the record, I said this after Iowa beat Rutgers in the quarterfinals. I didn't wait for them to win the Big Ten Tournament to qualify them as a dangerous team. Iowa seriously might be KU's biggest threat to the Final Four.

Ugh, no. I wasn't saying that it was poor decisions because of pressure (I used vs but realizing I should have just spelled it out). I was saying that it was poor decisions and not because of pressure. I was using the vs as in the words "in stead of" or "not because of" and not verses as in "against" or "because of".
This tournament will be the final nail in Wee Man's coffin.

Their defense is very clearly better now than it was earlier in the season. I highly doubt you’re objective on this matter, either.

I have watched their last 4 games and both teams would quit playing defense anywhere from 5-10 minutes a half. That will not cut it in the dance as there are teams that will play 40 minutes of defense. I have seen what 40 minutes of defense does to Iowa.
