Resume vs. Power Rankings is an interesting question. I'd still prefer the committee to base things on a team's resume and not how they project moving forward. I do think the committee has to put more of an emphasis on winning and less on quality losses. They undervalued the ACC last year too.
I actually went on FanDuel to see how many points Mississippi was giving, not expecting UNC to be giving points.

I’m really not talking about conferences, I just think that they would be more accurate than the committee is. The committee used metrics for some and the eye test for others? Too much political bs for them to not have a criteria that they all follow.
And I still believe that teams should have a few warmup games and then play half of their conference games. After playing half, they should spend about 6 weeks playing OOC, then finish the rest of the conference games.
Heck, I'm still hoping y'all will take Missouri back soon.
