I am just glad Auburn got the win today. I did not want to enter the ncaa tourney on a 3 game losing streak. Hope we shoot the ball better against the vols this time. 53-51 when we played earlier this season

I wish there could be a more consistent happy median. The racking up of off ball touch fouls is excessive and then not calling heavy contact at the rim makes no sense.

Florida was hot from three and shot from the outside most of the game. Werent going to the basket much. Broome basically got fouled every time he touched the ball.
I think the refs that game allowed a lot of physicality down low on both sides. I remember a few plays thinking damn NPOY didn't get that call? Same time Condon doesn't usually get to the FT line as much as he should either IMO.
No he didn’t. Broome is a good player, but taller/more athletic bigs will give him problems. UF has a wave of big guys to throw at him.
You are right about UF’s 3 point shooting. They shot 39% from 3 that game while their season average is 36%.
Meh we won because we shot better. Rebounding, points in the paint, most stats very similar. We won bc we made our shots.
Don't forget we were up 21 in that second half. The final score was a nice one IMO for Auburn. If not for that leg kick that got Auburn 3 freebies as time expired it would have been a double digit W.
The game wasn't Tennessee @ Auburn, now that is a game where you say the refs let it get out of hand physical.
