As far as the records go, that would be a good point if both teams played the same schedule, but that's not the case.

Arkansas has zero quality wins, 4 losses, are about to start conference play 0-3, with 2 of those losses at home.

UK has 3 losses and 3 wins over top 10 teams and has played a much harder schedule.

You can't just look at the records and say everything is equal.

My statements prior to the season:

1) The Arkansas roster is not good enough for Calipari to win anything of note

2) The roster has less talent than Cal ever had at UK

3) The Arkansas roster is talented, very talented, but not enough to hide Calipari

4) He got rid of a great offensive coordinator and ace recruiter and replaced them with his kid and Kenny Payne, that’s a recipe for disaster

5) Cal lost 10 games with twice the talent last year, he's going to lose at least 10 games this year

6) Mark Pope had zero players when he got the job, he had to build his roster out of mostly mid-major players

Now, we are in early January, UK, with no NBA talent and a roster thrown together out of pieces and parts from here, there and everywhere, with a coach that has a quarter of the experience Cal has, has far exceeded expectations and is currently way ahead of Arkansas. There aren't many coaches that would lose 10 games, or get beat by Oakland in the NCAAT with the roster UK had last year.

Or lose to UNCW at home
