Live stream is up and Rupp is ROCKIN!!!! Man I really hope Pope succeeds. He definitely has the support.
Not a bad little turnout for a press conference.
Welp I'm pumped. We hired a good guy. Now lets see if he can recruit and win games.
Pope just needs a little time, a couple years will show a bigger picture. I am pulling for him!!

Me and a couple buddies went. We were told they were expecting around 5,000 and 20,000 plus showed up and they turned away another 4,000 to 5,000. That place was un f**king real.
As an outsider, this is wildly impressive. Talk about a tone setter!
First of all, 22k+ for a press conference is freaking bananas. Pope does instill a lot of enthusiasm, though. One of the few coaches that can match the energy of the crowd that size.
Secondly, that dude posing with Pope looks a lot of like BYU's Richie Saunders, who would make a great energy guy off the bench.
For those that might not have been able to watch it . . . No matter what program you’re a fan of, you’ll still like this guy! What a personality’s! 4:15 minute mark skips to the intro.

Girlfriend and I were there too.... just fvcking amazing energy in Rupp. Coolest non-game kinda thing I could have wished to ever be a part of.
