I know what "A to B"movement is, and why its a foul on the defense. I have worked over 300 D1 basketball games...been to clinincs/camps for over 15 years...Have been trained by Mike Eades, Eric Harmon, Roger Ayers, etc, etc...I'd say its safe to say my knowledge of officiating is more advanced than Dick Vitale's.....Wouldn't you?
I explained to you why I felt it was a block---I felt Fulk had his hands on him...that he was stumbling, and the contact wasn't THE cause...just A cause, as to why he fell. Then there is the "A to B" movement---which is almost always a foul on the defense...
Dick Vitales explanation was---"I thought it was a charge...."
Sure---sounds convincing, huh?
Am I always right? Absolutely not. I've been wrong many of times...That call wasn't one of them.
Now, anymore questions?
