Reading that came out wrong. It shouldn't be 4 years. It should be a preemptive approach to where they can prequalify and immediately go.

DeCourcy’s tweet makes sense, kind of, but it seems there could be an excellence-clause or something of the sort where you’re only eligible early if you win the regular season in a respective year.

Yeah it does a conference no good to not be able to send their best teams to the tournament, regardless of how long they've been there..........
