Round of 32 by Conference

Just have to keep winning and prove ourselves. We can keep playing the underdog role. It just feels silly having a bunch of 4 star guys and playing in a major conference. Even everyone on this board knew we would beat Wisconsin
Yeah, Oregon was the popular pick and you should be proud of that. Oregon is hot right now, but you got the seed and the reputation you deserved. Oregon has 12 losses and a lot if them are really, really bad losses.

Yawn I was told that about the Big Ten and we ran their 4th best team out of the gym

And the last place SEC team (that went 0-18 in league play) ran the 2nd best PAC team out of the gym. What’s your point?

Doesn't mean your conference wasn't crap. Oregon is really good, but the topic here is conference strength. The rest of the conference is garbage and Oregon is the only one responsible for the seed they got.

Oregon is 24-12 man. They have the 89th rated offense. You lost to:
Texas Southern (really bad loss)
Baylor
Iowa (not bad)
Oregon State (really bad loss)
UCLA (really bad loss)
Colorado by 18 (bad loss)
Oregon State at home (REALLY BAD LOSS)
USC (another bad loss)

Oregon got the seed they deserved, so drop it.

2 bad losses on that list and you didn’t take injuries into account

One did it when it mattered. The other did it in November

PAC isn’t a good conference but it’s consistently singled out while the Big East and Big 12 get a pass
It's singled out as it should be. Congrats on Oregon getting hot at the right time, but the rest of the league is awful. If you can't admit that, them you're just a huge homer that is too blind to realize the conference is historically bad.

2 bad losses????? Try 6. What, you think losing to Text Southern, UCLA, USC and Colorado are acceptable losses?

Texas Southern (really bad loss)
Oregon State (really bad loss)
UCLA (really bad loss)
Colorado by 18 (bad loss)
Oregon State at home (REALLY BAD LOSS)
USC (another bad loss)

One did it when it mattered. The other did it in November

So regular season games don’t mattered? Maybe we found out the PAC’s problem. Treat regular season games like they don’t matter and consistently get bad seeds because you have no good wins?

You got swept by Oregon State. You lost to UCLA, you lost to Colorado.

Those are all bad losses.

I’ll give you UCLA. So 4 bad losses. CU won 20 plus games and OSU won 18 and finished in 4th

All season long, people who WATCH basketball knew the Big East was down. Committee didn't care and gave a sub-500 (in league) St. John's team a bid. Now, all four teams are gone: 1-4 record including Villanova, the only team to win a game, being routed by Purdue. Bad year.
