Big Ten is tough for me to gauge because I don't think there's a big separation from teams 3-11. Michigan/Michigan State are the elite teams/Final Four Contenders. NW, IL, and Rutgers most likely won't contend for an NCAA Berth. That leaves 9 programs that will probably all be fighting it out for a double bye in the Big Ten Tournament and a high seed in the NCAAs (Purdue, Nebraska, Ohio State, Wisconsin, Maryland, Iowa, Indiana, Penn State, Minnesota).
The conference is very, very tough this year. Look at all of the OOC wins:
Iowa- Oregon, UConn, Pitt
Michigan- @Villanova, Providence
Ohio State- @Cincinnati, @Creighton
Nebraska- @Clemson, Seton Hall
Wisconsin- @Xavier, Stanford, Oklahoma, NC State
Purdue- Davidson
Minnesota- Utah, Texas A&M, Washington
Northwestern- Utah
Indiana- Marquette
Michigan State- UCLA, Texas
Penn State- Virginia Tech
Maryland, Rutgers, and Illinois are the only schools without a quality win.
