The optimism was through the roof when Mack was hired too. 🤔Time for The Payne Train!!! 🏀🔥🚂

It really wasn't. It was meh...at best amogst the Louisville fans that are not ignorant butt-heads(there are dozens of us).The optimism was through the roof when Mack was hired too. 🤔
Payne will deep throat Bennett. Ha ha . get it? SmokinSmileHope Bennett owns his ass too
Well I will say I hope Kenny succeeds, for his sake 😆, just not against UK.It really wasn't. It was meh...at best amogst the Louisville fans that are not ignorant butt-heads(there are dozens of us).
It'd be kind of cool to see Wagner play at UL. Even if it's at UK's cost.
Not at allThe optimism was through the roof when Mack was hired too. 🤔
I was really ready for Mack to go last year, that was boring ass basketball. He hired the offensive guru, I love what I am seeing now. Mack has done a complete 180 I think.
It wasn't just when he was hired it was this fall. The optimism was through the roof when Mack was hired too. 🤔
Stop it. I don't have the energy to dig up old threads. Not at all
Thought Mack was a good hire at the time and had greater expectations for him, but he ultimately failed. Is what it is.
The dude honestly seemed like he was checked out and wanted to retire. I think the Covid protocol threw a wrench in his love for the game. Mix that in with the transfer portal. He became lackadaisical in development of the players too. Don’t hate the guy or anything, just wasn’t a good fit.
Would be HILARIOUS if Mack ended up back at Xavier since Steele got canned. Not gonna happen, but Mack would be begging to have that job back.
They look just as bad if not worse. I remember them saying Steele was the real reason for Xaviers success. I'm not going to throw too much shade I thought Tom crean knew what he was doing and had faith in Archie Miller.

Crean owes his whole career to D Wade. What a fraud. They look just as bad if not worse. I remember them saying Steele was the real reason for Xaviers success. I'm not going to throw too much shade I thought Tom crean knew what he was doing and had faith in Archie Miller.
My ”optimism” isn’t through the roof, or even high. More of a cautiously hopeful. He wasn’t my (or many other’s) first choice, but I think he is deserving of the opportunity. My comment was more directed towards a fractured fan base on the decision to get on board now that he has been selected. I was never a big Pitino fan either, but supported whoever the UofL coach was, and will do so with Payne as well. Go Cards! The optimism was through the roof when Mack was hired too. 🤔

To be honest, your fanbase was excited about Gillispie at one time. Am I wrong?Stop it. I don't have the energy to dig up old threads.
What a loser. He just turned 52 though.I honestly believe that Mack doesn’t have the desire to coach. He’s said in the past that he wasn’t going to coach past his 50’s.
I am sure some of them were. I didn't even know who he was. 😆To be honest, your fanbase was excited about Gillispie at one time. Am I wrong?

to be fair, it's hard to keep up with all the coaches who put UL out over the years.Yes you did, I know that you watched A&M knock Louisville out that year 😉
The exact same amount that has put Kentucky out this century. Hell even Bruce Weber knocked your boys out lolto be fair, it's hard to keep up with all the coaches who put UL out over the years.
