***Official B1G In-Season Thread***

Dropping facts baby! Dropping facts!.

Obviously Braden is nowhere near Ja on the talent level but he is doing some things that very few have done. I don't recall the specific thing they were talking about last night but I did see that Braden is the 2nd player in history with 500 points, 140 rebounds, 280 assists and 70 steals in the same season. The other player is Kenny Anderson.

Obviously a ton of that is usage driven (Braden is averaging 38 minutes over his last 15 games...not ideal) but still pretty impressive in my book.

I'm playing Monday morning quarterback here, but I don't understand why Painter didn't try to limit Smith's playing time this season. If I remember correctly, he logged some pretty good minutes, even in the blowout against Michigan. It's hard to find fault with this year's results, but I wonder if a better-built team would have resulted if Braden had spent less time on the floor. Who knows?

Examples or just you talking out your ass again? You very clearly are confusing me with someone else.
I must be.

There must be another boilerzz on the two home boards (although you finally got booted off the IU board for trolling? Can't recall)

There must be another boilerzz having "productive conversations" about me on your board.

There mut be another boilerszz on this board haveing all these "productive conversations" on this board as well.

Never been banned on any board. Here are links to my posting history on all three boards if you want to grab some screenshots. Let me know if you need me to help you learn how to do that.

Well, I guess I can't speak to what I might have said 15-20 years ago. But I will say emphatically that I come to these boards because I want to talk sports....not shitpost people that are irrelevant to me.

All chalk in the BTT yesterday makes for some very compelling games today. No bubble implications but definitely some seed impact. Not sure I'm going to get much work done today.

I actually think the bigger issue was the reliance on Braden in PNR and not having him go off ball more. That would've kept his minutes high, but lowered the burden on him during those minutes, and could've kept him fresh for late game stuff.

But either way, if TKR isn't on the bench with foul trouble, we're capable of getting Smith a quick breather before the under 8 TO in the first half and maybe the under 12 in the second half imo.

He writes fan-fic about half of us Purdue posters to support his Very Real and Not Delusional Fanbase Narrative.

The bubble is interesting this year. A few of these teams are still playing and can help or hurt their chances.

mich st on fire today. they looked good when we played them but they are really moving the ball, getting second shots and playing the boards very very well.

Offensively they are pretty good ..but they have just been clamping everybody for a while now.
They just have a lot of ways they can beat you and a large margin for error.

Reminds me of their 09 team that made the title in a lot of ways.

you might be right

watching Oregon, I thought they'd be better to be honest.

Link to fic? Be specific.
Congrats. Your obsession drives you. Flexing on a player's scary situation is disgusting. Will you hang a banner about it in the trailer? Pathetic

For the thinking individuals in the room...hearing this is sickening. I feel terrible for any player, coach or official that gets this. Every fan base has idiots and the big fan bases like IU are going to have more of them unfortunately. I am afraid we will hear more of this crap given the toxic combination of highly paid players, inconsistent performance and social media.

Coaches can't keep these kids from getting on line, and unfortunately there is no good way to hold people accountable.

It is sad. Period.

Lets see, you weirdly started making up that I post on the Michigan board (?), you posted like 100 times that 1987 wants to fight you (with no links), and are so dense that you thought BMore was a Purdue fan, just to name a couple.
