Pretty sure Borden said Purdue should be #1 over Duke as well.

The facts are Purdue was closer to being picked 3rd than they were to being picked 1st. Would be a pretty funny meltdown if OSU upsets Duke, and the Zags beat Bama over the weekend and retake the #1 spot.
Meltdown? Yeah it will suck if we’re debating between whether or not we’re the 1st or 2nd best team in the country. Shitty situation to find ourselves in.

I said majority this time so @snowsquirrel11 wouldn't have a meltdown over a word used. There is a reason Purdue isn't a respected college basketball program all time.
10th was our preseason projection. I have no idea. Haven’t even seen most B1G teams play yet.
What programs are respected college basketball programs all-time and what criteria needs to be met to qualify?
If IU were in the same position Purdue is today, would they be ranked 1 or 2?

That was their preseason projection. It's a long season. We can still accomplish that 10th place goal.

Duke's #1 b/c the have wins over #10 UK and then #1 Gonzaga. I thought they(Purdue) would be #1, but ALSO said I wouldn't be shocked if Duke jumped over them(b/c of their wins). Purdue's best win is #6 Nova.....after that, UNC(who's currently not ranked).
I'm not surprised Duke's #1.....But I did think PU woould get there...

You are terrible if you can’t beat this Iowa team.
We are terrible this year. An actual down year in Charlottesville this year.
I read on the Iowa site that games played is actually similar tho to other leaders.
