After spending 10 mins researching this, UK fans are not even close to the only fanbase that complains about officials on twitter...to the officials personally.
It's fun to focus on UK fans only though. Who gives a shit about boring other fans?

My point is every fan base does stupid shit and if you think IU fans don’t its because you wanna be a huge homer! I’ve seen IU fans on twitter tell recruits that didn’t pick IU that they hoped that they would catch aids and die! Also saw an IU fan tell a kid he hoped he blew both knee’s out and never could play again. Every fan base has shit fans!!!
