what do you think the NCAA is going to say, when the FBI has a UL coach on tape saying they need to keep this on the down-low because UL is already in serious trouble with the NCAA
the schools may be victims, but some of their employees are very guilty

the cheating normally starts and ends with the coaches, very seldom can they tie any of it to the AD or President
