Lots of Good Games Sat.

Maybe so. I only saw about three minutes of the game anyway so not sure if one played well or the other just struggled. Road games are a bitch anyway though.

It also helps when a guy can't miss from three.

All in all, Alabama wanted it more, 50/50 balls tell the tale.

Kentucky and Kansas both losing today has me thinking Duke is in trouble tonight. These upsets all seem to happen at the same time.

A couple of things to consider when in this predicament,

1. DVR is a wonderful thing

2. Cancel the party and get your priorities in order

No need to feel sorry for me:

Cam Reddish is shaving points.
I still see him projected top 5 pick, I just don't see it. Then again, it's the magical thing the NBA values so much.... "potential". Now, if he could play against UK every game that might be a different story.

He's slumping hard right now. Before the Gonzaga game (I believe that is the cut off) he was playing great. He needs to stop driving and become the outside threat Duke needs. Teams are going to pack it in against Duke, if they don't they're stupid, he should have plenty of wide open looks.

No doubt, he's shooting almost as good from 3 as he is from the field overall. 37% is cringe-worthy.

Lol at the Clemson guy trying to dunk from the free throw line.

We couldn't hit a fvkn shot the second half... Was that bad or what. Even with Mack going off, still led at half time. Herro was long on every shot. Too many energy drinks :). PJ wasn't PJ hell they sucked bad today...

Herro had a good look at the end to win it. Can't ask for more than that as bad as they played the 2nd half.
I often have said that the sign of a good/developing team is that even when they play poorly, they still have a chance to win. I know many UK fans are not happy with the team, ect., but I believe when March rolls around, there won't be many wanting to match up with them.

I mean who didn't expect 3 star junior Jack White to be the best 3 point shooter and 2nd best rebounder on this team coming into the season?
I believe we will see White starting next game. Call it a hunch based on Coach K's past decisions for struggling players. Reddish has time to figure it out. With Zion and RJ doing the bulk of the work and drawing a bulk of the attention from defenses, Reddish should be, well, doing what Jack White is doing. At a minimum.

Jack White has worked hard and shown that you do not need to transfer out of a program to become successful. He was basically getting walk on minutes for two years and never complained.

Just said the same thing to my wife. K is getting soft in his old age. I love it .
When he got the steal, I thought that he was going to break out something new. He has gone as far as a windmill or two but nothing crazier than that so far. Even Coach K knows not to mess with that young mans flow. Dunk away.

Problem is UK is paying Cal all that money to not have these same struggles every.single.year. Winning a title is very hard. That's understandable. But when you haven't been to a final four in what will be 4 years that is unacceptable for the talent he has brought in. The game has started to pass Cal by and he hasn't adjusted. The other great coaches (like K) have always been able to adjust when the game changes. The fat Italian in Lexington is too damn stubborn to do so.
