Okay, but again, take 3 starters off your team. Butler is easily our best defender and he's out.
If you watched what Butler did in the Tennessee game Tuesdsy night, you would easily see how much better UK.is on both ends of the court.
We had Jaxson in the first UT game.
We had Butler in the second UT game.
That should show you how important both players are.
Take Hepburn off your team and tryto play SEC competition on the road. It won't end well.

These teams are all on a far better level than Georgia tech, or California.
UK runs a type of offense that is really difficult to guard. It makes you defend the entire width of the court, that has to be why.
Tennessee really extends their defense and that just might not be the best way to defend UK.
Injuries, or not, UK cannot defend. Unless it's Tenn.😅

We played in the hey day of the big east and faired just fine. UK played a bunch of tomato cans for the last 30 years up until this year.

UK is 2-5 on the road this year, which is not a good stat come tourney time. I see UK losing to a mid major early if they continue to play defense like they do. We lost to you guys at Rupp, as Lamont Butler played the best game of the year, and it was still only a two possession game. We lost to Oklahoma in the championship game in the Bahamas after our second best player went down for the year, and it was still only a one possession game. We got smoked by Ole Miss, and so did your team. Tennessee was the second game of the year. They can't shoot, but played like 96 Bulls against us. They do not scare me nor does UK, especially right now. Better hope Pope can make adjustments soon, because it's only going to get worse once your team plays away from Rupp.
The lack of urgency and execution down the stretch against Texas the other night was not a good look this late in the season. That game should've been in the bag, but no one seemed to want the ball. The last couple minutes UK looked shook.

You know that if they played the tournament in November, the odds are we wouldn’t make the tournament. We have grown as a team, some teams have done the opposite. The early season games count, but who you are in November doesn’t mean that’s who you are now. Notre Dame lost to northern Illinois, yet they turned it around and proved to be the 2nd best team in football.

Hell yeah, Louisville has definitely grown, no doubt and I have zero problems saying that, but when your best win is Clemson at home and you're 0-5 against the SEC, there really isn't much you can say, especially when UK has 6 or 7 wins that are better than your best.
We haven't been crying about injuries and have rolled with the punches is my point. Can't say the same about UK. I was highlighting the fact that every team has dealt with injuries.
0-4. Kentucky also lost to a Texas team that might sniff the NIT and a mediocre Georgia and Vandy team that will not make the tourney. You also got skull****ed by a mediocre Ohio State team that is currently 15-11.
Probably because Calipari had an NBA roster for over a decade and managed to still not do shit with it.
