I'm not having such a hard time rooting for UL basketball at the moment because David Padgett is/was such an underdog and I don't recall him being an unlikeable guy during his time there as a player.

Plus the UL fans I'm around irl are still in too much of a silent shock from the events of the last few years to say anything even with UL playing well.

Yes...when I lived in Louisville there was a segment of ppl that said they cheered for both...I just considered them uofl fans. They are probably the ones going to uofl games wearing UK shirts...it's weird that that is an ordeal that makes uofl fans feel good about themselves, like its some kind of victory.

The bigger question is, how easy is it to get uofl tickets...didnt jurich run a promotion where if you got a tank of gas at thortons you got tickets...lol

I think they were begging for donations for the athletics department at gas pumps around campus pretty recently. I know they used to have stacks of tickets at Kroger, but I'm not sure that is still the case.
