Work trip coming up for my wife and she is heading to Iola, Kansas in December. It's smack dab in the middle of Witchita and Kansas City airports.

Is she better off going through one over the other? She has to drive 2 hours to Iola from either of them, so is either drive better compared to the other?

Appreciate your recommendations if any.

If the drive is the same either way then it probably doesn’t matter. It’s more of a matter of if she wants to see Kansas City, eat some food there and see the city a little bit

Or just go for a quiet, convenience, and the middle of nowhere in Wichita

I think if you look up "middle of nowhere" in the dictionary, there's a picture of Iola.

Can't say I've ever made the drive from Wichita to Iola, but the shortest route from KC looks to be a little shorter than the shortest route from Wichita. And probably a slightly more interesting drive.

Well, that’s obviously not true.

I was today days old when I learned that Witchita had an airport.
