Yeah, I don't understand how some UK fans aren't smart enough to understand this. Not the ones trolling and screwing around like Lurker but many others. Maybe that guy who was so good the next year actually ends up on another great team that beats UK in the dance the next year? That is probably too complicated for some of these brilliant minds that still can't understand why UNC wasn't guilty of the narrative that constantly runs through their head but whatever. They don't actually have to talk to many people outside of the hive so good for them.
UNC would have some more titles if guys had stayed as well. Duke and KU probably would. Other schools too maybe.

That's possible... I could probably name some but they are few. But on the flip side we also have some that are still pursuing their degree.. See John Wall. All except for 1 player since Cal has been here, have done what is necessary to remain eligible. Cal tries to recruit good kids, family orientated. I think he's done a good job at that. For the most part we've had good chemistry and little problems with players.
The consistently good APR scores that UK basketball posts shoot down any theory that about not coming back due to eligibility issues.
Any somewhat competent program should be able to manage players grades adequately.
