I think hes good for at least 5 years with this deep run. Think about it, UNC was definitely heading towards the direction of mediocrity, there wont be an insane expectation for Davis like it was for Roy Williams' years. If Hubert can consistently get this team to round of 32 and sweet 16, he will be fine.

He had talent this year so I think it does buy him more time. It shows he can win with talent. Next year is a question mark talent wise right now barring portal additions so if they struggle there will be grace. The key will be how he can recruit starting the next year. Get the type of talent he wants and it is obvious they can win.
