Both their losses are at home....College basketball is really more wide open than any other year imo. I could see multiple 8 or 9 seeds making it to the 2nd weekend.
And we don't even have any murderers on our roster. Both their losses are at home....
I get Alabama. But 12-9 Temple?
And we don't even have any murderers on our roster.
You know that espn has been fairly quiet on this topic. That’s their flagship school……And we don't even have any murderers on our roster.
HiCraziest shit I’ve ever seen. Everybody getting beat.
On top of that, Houston and Rutgers were on the road (Rutgers neutral site), while Wagner and Maryland-Eastern Shore were at home. Go figure.
In Rutgers defense, they didn’t have McConnell or Mulcahy in that game. Those two are a huge part of what makes Rutgers go.On top of that, Houston and Rutgers were on the road (Rutgers neutral site), while Wagner and Maryland-Eastern Shore were at home. Go figure.
Temple beat Houston yesterday without Reynolds (been out all this month). In Rutgers defense, they didn’t have McConnell or Mulcahy in that game. Those two are a huge part of what makes Rutgers go.
Is that a Temple player? Either way, I'm not trying to take away from their win yesterday. It was huge, and us Purdue fans thank you.Temple beat Houston yesterday without Reynolds (been out all this month).
Reynolds is our 6'10" post player who was a monster versus Rutgers, but has been out with a fractured thumb. Is that a Temple player? Either way, I'm not trying to take away from their win yesterday. It was huge, and us Purdue fans thank you.
But Rutgers is an entirely different animal with those two out. They're defined by their length defensively and ability to go at mis-matches offensively, and those two are what drives that.
