Way to go Buffs!! I'm still not very optimistic for this season after we lost all 5 starters (3 drafted to the NBA) and our 6th man from last season, but beating UConn is a nice surprise.

Flagg is great, but at this point he just doesn’t seem to be the alpha Duke needs him to be. The team will get better, but the bigger key is certain players evolving into their needed roles, which is the bigger question, I think.

KU with some brain dead shot selection the last 10 minutes of the 1st half. Especially that last shot by Griffen. If they were patient in their shot selection or took the open shot instead of passing it up for a tougher shot they could be up double digits.

I think you mean physicality but I don't necessarily disagree there. Houston is also very, very good. Pushing players in the air or from behind and grabbing constantly shouldn't be ignored though just because you do it all the time though.

They did but too late IMO. I like Cryer working with the ball a little longer. He is so good at seeing everything and figuring out what to do.
