Call your shot for your team....

Sags listening to family members and hearing he has become uncoachable. Doesn’t practice because he says his knee is messed up. Has had three different specialists get MRIs and read them including the Steelers ortho guy and they all say everything looks fine including he one he picked because of course he doesn’t trust who the team picked for some reason.
We went to press Virginia style play to mask Huggs outdated help man defense that doesn’t work any more but then we recruit away from that scheme. We have a collection of guards that can’t defend and are vertically challenged.
We are such a bad team right now. No leadership and caught between two schemes. It’s a shit show for sure.
I don’t look for it to be fixed for a couple years actually. Sad times in Morgantown.

Damn man. Sorry to hear all that. I like seeing a strong WVU in the Big 12.

Yeah. Me too. Eh, we will see if Huggs can work some magic with this crew. We did reinstate a 6-10 high 4 star recruit that was experiencing some freshman dumbass syndrome. He can help but unfortunately we need major guard help.

Don’t worry, the resident WVU troll here will still insist Huggins > Beilein. Nothing to be upset about.

No bait. Just an opportunity for you to save face for your fanbase here. Pretty sure there are only two of you guys that post here so you could even things up or go full homer like the other guy.

Doogie needs no help from me. I’ve seen him handle people quite well here.

It’s funny tho. I don’t come here and ever talk shit on Belein or even give two shits about Michigan. Huggs and Belein Have nothing to do with one another.

I watch all of the teams in the Big12 and old rivals if WVU isnt on. I’m not kidding when I say that Michigan basketball gets no consideration from me at all. None.

So run along and be happy with your ball coach and Michigan BB.

I was nice enough to give you the opportunity to save some face and be the reasonable WVU poster, and you come back with this vomit? My God.

Not only did you think WVU would be good, you thought they’d be better than Kansas good and a top 5 team.

Reasonable, non-homer, take for sure.

Huggs never has a great recruiting class, wins 25 games....

He brings in one of his best since being at WVU and I thought, and so did many others, that we would have a legit team.

I was wrong. I admitted it after watching our f'ing scrimmage. So take that homer shit somewhere else.....We are all homers to an extent or we wouldn't be posting on a goddamn message board.

Still don't get your game here...Why would you even care about WVU? Other than Belein coaching at both places, I don't get it.

Sure, there are plenty of homers here. Have any been as off about their team so far as you appear to be on yours? You weren’t just saying WVU would be good, you were saying they’d be top 5 and better than an elite Kansas team.

Yep. I was way wrong.

I gave you a little emotion and a couple gif's, I figured that would be enough for you and your little troll effort.

Now I'm done with you... Bye.

KU loses 4 games, wins conference, #1 seed in the Midwest, and reaches another Final Four.

22-23 wins. Maybe more. I don't see less. Davis being healthy is key. I like our depth, and our frosh. Top 4 Big 10. Seed anywhere from a 4-6. Maybe better. Like what I saw last night. Albeit a D2 team. Still, lot of a good. A lot of bad. But fixable bad. And the good, could get better. Lot of potential. Better at the 1 and 2. Was are weakness last year. Wont be this year.
Not looking to bad. Win tomorrow, IU sits at 11-2. I don't think 12 Big 10 wins is out of the question. For all the injuries; And yet another one(Phinisee), I'm pretty happy with where IU is.

I don’t think 25-6 is a 1 seed lock. Too many good teams.
The Big 10 is 1 of the 2 best conferences in the country, 25-6 means you likely won the conference and beat some solid teams in the nonconference. It really depends on who you beat and avoiding bad losses.

I was talking about for IU, that would mean we would only lose 4 more games the rest of the season. That's 18 more Big Ten games and the conference tournament. For IU this year that's a 1 seed.

Meh.....Big 10 has what----7 Top 25 teams? IF, and I doubt they do---but IF, IU were to win 25 games----that gives them 14 Big 10 wins. In all likelihood, that would include wins over MSU(8), UM(5), Nebraska(22), OSU(14), Wisconsin(16), Iowa(21). Plus, Maryland who is 25th in the coaches poll.

25 wins....14 Big 10 wins. With wins already over Butler, Louisville and Marquette.

Thats a damn strong case for a 1-seed. At worse, a 2-seed. Big 10's been really good.

I just don’t see Kansas, Gonzaga, Duke, Virginia, Tennessee, Michigan, Nevada all having worse resumes than 25-6. Maybe. Not a guarantee though.

Nevada? Look, if Indiana wins 25 games, with wins over Michigan, MSU, OSU, Wisconsin, Nebraska...coupled with their wins over Butler, UL and Marquette, they'll get a higher seed than Nevada. I'd argue that would give IU a better resume than Gonzaga. And Possibly even Tennessee. Record might not be as good. But the overall resume would be.

It mute. I don't see IU winning 25 regular season games. I mean, they could. But I don't see it. 22-23 wins seems about right.

Never said it was....

The other guy said it was that’s what this conversation stemmed from.

I’m just saying I’m not sure a 25-6 Indiana would jump a 29-1 Nevada or a 28-2 Gonzaga or a a 29-1 Kansas etc etc etc. There is potential for a handful of good resumes. I would not be sure of Michigan being a 1 seed with 5 losses.

A 25 win IU team, or a 5 loss UM team, should jump a 29-1 Nevada...Or a 28-2 Gonzaga. The resumes wouldn't even be close. Hell Gonzaga lost to UNC, who you guys manhandled. IU has the same amount of Top 50 wins right now as Gonzaga. Gonzaga doesn't play another Top 50 team the rest of the year. IU has 13 more games vs Top 50 teams. Nevada has ONE Top 50 win. They have two remaining games vs A Top 50 team(Fresno State). MOF, Nevada's projected SOS is 139. Indiana's is 44th. UM's is 68th.

I know the probability is slim. But in reality, it shouldn't be. As I said...the records wouldn't be as good. But IU's and or UM's resume's would be significantly better.

Why? I mean, can you not just have a normal conversation?? Sheesh.

What's wrong with my conversation? I don't think it's guaranteed that Duke/Kansas/Virginia/Tennessee/Nevada/Gonzaga/Michigan/etc. all have worse resumes than 25-6. Pretty simple and reasonable. You just can't handle that I disagree with you and thus think my opinion is trolling.

I made that post before the season and before the onslaught of injuries. I would be thrilled with 23-8 at this point, but I think people are going to be really surprised how good Hunter is, and IF he gets back this year he takes Indiana up in talent. I think Indiana wins the BIG or at worst finishes 2nd or 3rd. The biggest thing Indiana is doing right now is winning the close games they always lost under Crean. Imaging they hit March with Davis able to play 25 minutes...Phinisee healthy...Hunter as their 3rd scorer...It will be a team no one wants to play come tournament time. Archie is building a monster in Bloomington, and about to add another 5 start to the group in either Brooks, or Watford.

I doubt Hunter plays this year. Rumor is a medical RS. And that stinks. Because this kid is really good.

I said 22-23 wins. And still, with the injuries, I feel thats where we fall. Could be more. Brutal stretch coming up.

I think we get Brooks. He and TJD are good friends.

Just now seen this thread somehow or another. Man alive, IU fans was way offLaughing
