BIG f'ing 10

Well for sure 1 is going to lose tomorrow----MSU/Minny. As for the other games:

UM/Florida
Purdue/Villanova----THough IMO this one is a toss up. I still think Purdue has just enough, though.
Iowa/UT
MD/LSU---MD certainly capable. Would not be shocked if they won.

Ohio State vs Iowa St tonight----Cyclones.

I don't think its crazy to see 3 Big 10 teams advance to SW 16----And possibly a 4th in Maryland. If so, I wouldn't be shocked.
Michigan State.
Michigan will beat Florida.
I've got Nova over Purdue. Both teams are just wishy washy in the tournament. Nova went on a tear in the Big East late. Going with them. I will grant you I could be wrong.
Tennessee will beat Iowa. Unfortunately.
LSU is light years better than Maryland. The Will Wade chicanery is the only reason this is a toss up. If he were coaching, this wouldn't be a debate.
Iowa State tonight. Ohio State doesn't belong in the tournament.

As I said---it wouldn't be shocking for 3 to advance. Purdue is very, very capable of beating Villanova. Especially if the three is falling, AND----Edwards isn't jacking up 44 shots.

Yes, Tenn will beat Iowa---Or should.

LSU is better than MD----But light years----No. I don't think MD wins, but it certainly wouldn't surprise me.

ISU over OSU. Not so sure OSU doesn't belong. Played ugly at the end, for sure. Wesson is a load.

My predicts?

MSU, UM and Purdue.

LSU is 19th in KenPom. Maryland is 24th. Hardly light years better. Maryland is also the 5th youngest team in the nation so any win here on out is gravy.

Bad team that beat Michigan at full strength?

Comparing summer trip exhibition games overseas to March tournament games? That's a bold move.

And full strength? You sure about that, bub?

@MrBaracus why make stuff up?

I'd be more shocked if there are only 2 teams remaining then I would be if there were 4 steams left.

Tennessee just has to promise not to hit all the hero ball 3s they're gonna chuck up and we'll be good to go.
You need to be more worried about their Oscar nominated performances on every foul call. After tomorrow, win or lose, I PROMISE you, you'll be on here telling me "You UK fans weren't so ****ing crazy after all. They really do flop like nobody's ****ing business." Dont say I didnt warn you. Its ****ing pitiful.

Nice win by the Buckeyes last night. Time to keep the momentum going. I'm cautiously optimistic about my boilers. Let's hope Eastern's ankle is good. Definitely have to have his presence.

John Beilein. Pretty important key to Michigan's success. He didn't go on the summer trip because he was recovering from heart surgery.

Ah, yeah, I do remember that.

Well, I’m pretty sure that an intact K-State roster wouldn’t need Bruce Weber to beat Mega Bemax.

Ohio St made a nice little statement and looked good, but let’s not act like the Big 10 has looked dominant overall.

Maryland was damn fortunate to beat mighty Belmont, Iowa fell way behind, Wisconsin was awful, even Mich St struggled with Bradley.

Solid record so far, but good leagues don’t crow about first round wins.

Agreed. The Big 12 ran last year’s tourney bc it went deep, not bc if the first round.

Still a chance KU, Tech and one of OU and Baylor can advance to the S16.

Big 10 has the longest drought of a b-ball natty of all major conferences.

Triggered.

Ohio State beating Iowa State now too?

OK ****. I was wrong. The B1G is clearly playing damn good basketball this year. Who knew?
CB I didn't think OSU would win. But I did think they were an NCAAT team. And, capable. But with how ISU had been going, I didn't see OSU beating them.

And the B12 has ONE team that has a title ----Kansas. MOF, they are the ONLY team to even play for the title. Since 1999, the Big 10 has put team is 13 Final Fours. Four times they have placed two in the FF. Eight(8) times they have played for the title. Big doesn't have issues make deep runs. Just issues with closing the deal.

I had faith in OSU in January. Lost too many parlays with them to have any faith in em. They lost several games that, at the time, I felt they had no business losing. So Id written em off. Still shocked they beat ISU.

It sure is nice coming close.....

The Big 12 has put several teams in the final four this century as well. Had the best run of all conferences last year and is conference RPI #1 for 5-6 years running meaning what? It’s the best top to bottom. Period.

Oh and How’s that title drought?
