Assuming Nova wins tonight, where does that put them all time as a program?

Would be 3 natties. I had them in the 10-15th slot before tonight. If they win, I think they’re 8/9th. Bumping Michigan State from #9.

1) UNC
2) Kentucky
3) KU
4) Duke
5) UCLA
6) Indiana
7) uconn
8) Louisville
9) Nova
10) Michigan State, Arizona or Michigan

Should be ahead of UConn. They were nothing before Calhoun. If you are just going by titles they would be ahead of KU which obviously isn’t the case. The top 6 is pretty obvious and I’d be Louisville at 7, after that there is a drop off with a bunch of teams that are all very close.

That’s not true tho. That’s like duke saying they were nothing before K. They actually both had a few great teams and final fours beforehand.

UConn had no final fours before Calhoun, they were independent or in the Yankee conference. You cannot compare UConn to Duke

If Nova wins, they're 9th all-time, just ahead of MSU. If they lose, they're 10th and perhaps not alone there.

And they're clearly trending upward.

Interesting question. Maybe. But that would be 2 natties then for UM. If you count 2013 bc of Louisville’s issue, then you have to give OU 2004 in football. We can’t count that really. So does 2 natties for them equate taking that spot from Nova, Sparty and Arizona? Nova has 2. Sparty has zero. Arizona has 1. Maybe so. Syracuse could argue them being 9/10.

Pretty sure MSU has 2 national titles: 1 with Magic Johnson and the 2000 one with Cleaves and Mo Pete

I can’t wrap my head around KU being above UCLA with the huge difference in titles.

It’s not like UCLA’s been totally irrelevant either; they have 4 Final 4s and a Natty in the past 25 years.

I'm not opposed to them being switched at all
