Penn State and Clemson in double OT and both are executing offense down the stretch. I thought you were just supposed to hold the ball and chuck a bad shot or turn it over at the end of regulation and OT's?
Should've been intentional.Great grab to keep the break away dunk.
Howard pushed off.
The only head scratcher loss is Wisconsin.Damn Big Ten, I think we were good. Letting the God Awful ACC push you around? Yikes.

The soccer effect.Watching Michigan's Howard roll around on the floor screaming in pain like he was being burned alive from a simple leg cramp might've been the pussiest moment I've seen on TV in a very long time.
After the game last night I was surprised to see ACC up. Missed all the games but as bad as we (ACC) are we're better than the Big !0Crazy to think the ACC actually has a shot at winning the challenge. If Duke and Miami can defend their home courts, that would give the ACC 7 wins. We'd just need to steal one more game... Notre Dame/MSU, UNC/Indiana, and Boston College/Nebraska should all favor the Big Ten, but I think we could steal one of those three games.
Sidenote: It's wild to think that FSU and Louisville are a combined 1-14 on the season. How is that possible?
@jhmossy how often does Bennett use three bigs at the same time? I noticed late in the game that Gardner-BVP-Shedrick were all on the court at the same time.
Also, I had no idea Ben Vander Plas was named after Dick Bennett. Wild.
I love Vander Plas because he's from my favorite place on earth, Ripon Wisconsin. Right next door to Green Lake where my family had a lake house for 20 years until we sold it a few years ago.@jhmossy how often does Bennett use three bigs at the same time? Not very often. It was an odd lineup but I think he did it mostly because BVP could guard the 4 and Gardner could guard the 3 against Michigan. He mentioned that in the post game presser. I think it also had something to do with Franklin not playing well but he would never say that. Usually, he wants 3 ball handlers out there. BVP is a decent ball handler though so that may have factored into his decision.
You haven't watched many UVA games this year if you didn't know that about BVP. It's brought up every single contest lol

Weren't you guys preseason #1?I mean, there are like 8 IU players better than anyone we have.
I want to say ACC wins 8-6.
The three 7:15 matchups includes one obvious mismatch: Purdue/Florida State. The other two games are Duke and Miami hosting Ohio State and Rutgers, respectively. If ACC can defend their home court, that would give us a 7-4 lead heading into the final three games of the night:
Michigan State @ Notre Dame
UNC @ Indiana
Boston College @ Nebraska
Those games should be evenly matched. Though, I would favor the Big Ten team in all 3 by a small margin. Good chance the ACC steals one of those games, and if they do, the final result might be an 8-6 win for the ACC.
To be fair, he didn’t know that Lively, Whitehead, Proctor, Mitchell, and the incoming transfers were horrible when this all went down. Guy was just looking out for his minutesThey just said Filipowski wears #30 because that was Scheyer's number at Duke...LOL. The ultimate kiss ass. I hate him already.
Irrational exuberance.Weren't you guys preseason #1?
Ouch.
Ouch.
*and we know how that turned out. Our rival won the title.
