Come on now. Saint Peter's was an amazing story and an embarrassment for anyone who lost to them.

Oakland has been that "Princeton" type of scrappy team that has come close to an upset a few times, but couldn't get over the hump until today.

That doesn't mean it's not a bad loss for Kentucky though.

I will say, Oakland made 16 3s, many of which were highly contested. Surprisingly, I am not upset with the defense.

Offensively, they couldn't do anything. Missed dunks, missed layups, careless TOs, Sheppard and Dillingham, especially Sheppard, were absolute no shows. Not sure what happened to those two. But freshmen will freshmen...
