Percocet 10. Its for my shoulder. If ya recall I had it replaced about a year and a half ago. Its been hurting me. Got an MRI, and lots of scar tissue. Surgeon said---"I can repair it, OR---we can try thearpy, some injections, and pain meds.
I don't want another surgery. So we'll see.
Doing pretty good brother. Baseball season starts for me Tuesday.
Oh yeah I remember. That scar tissue can be a pain in the ass for sure. Def would recommend therapy and cortisone shots as a first resort.
Yep. We'll see how it is in a couple months. Mornings are the worst. Stiif, and painful as ****.
Try soaking in an epsom salt bath every now and then.

Yeah----Awkward---I'm right handed. Its my left shoulder.
I have...Lot of ice thearpy as well. Stsrted losing range in the shoulder couple months ago---then startred getting severe cramping in my bicep====PAIN. My range of motion has become woof. Touching my right ear is almost impossible, w/o my bicep cramping. Gets really fatigued---so I knew something was up.
Scar tissue, and something to do with muscle growing back "to tight"----something like frozen shoulder.
Praying that this works. Another surgery would put me off for 6-8 weeks.

UConn and Arizona have the biggest spreads, so I'll cut those respective games. The title could come down to the final Sweet 16 matchup of Tennessee/Creighton.
