1-18 rank every NCAA championship team in the 2000's

The difference is you are talking about Kansas-UCLA..... iM talking about Kansas Florida which are 2 teams in the argument. UCLA is not.

I’m fine with ranking Florida over Kansas but UNC over Kansas makes no sense.

Just curious- why does UNC over Kansas make no sense? Personally I'm picking 09 UNC because they were much more dominated that season than Florida was in 07, or KU in 08. Additionally, it seemed all the talking heads like ESPN were saying who would stop UNC that year, unlike the other two teams in 07-08.

And again, my personal opinion, but a KU 3 or 4 digit victory early in the 2007 season (November 2007) against Florida does not weight enough for me to put KU ahead of them.

Lastly, I do like you're opinion- you bring up good points- as do I- which is why I love debates...

2006 and 2007 UF were virtually the same team. They didn't lose anyone from the 2006 squad.

Ouch calling me an idiot- but I do raise a legit question- if Kansas is better than 07 Florida because they beat them that season, can't you say the same for other teams who beat the champion of each year?
If a game was played btwn the two teams, they are comparable.

If not, it's hypothetical.

Using NBA justifications is stupid.
Using cross season comparisons (esp as absolutes) is stupid.
And using Final Four results as some type of end season top 4 is stupid.

Shouldn't have hurt too much, it's not like I sprang from nothingness swinging a sledge.

I wish I could watch the UNC 05 and 09 teams play each other in their prime. 09 would have slightly better outside shooting, but 05 with slightly better post duo.
When 2009 UNC was clicking, they were the best team I’ve seen at the college level. They were up 19 on MSU at halftime on the title game. Lots fans point out that they lost to KU the year before, but that 2008 UNC team wasn’t close to the 2009 team.
