Haven’t watched much NBA in a while. Looks a bit like Magic J in build and some of the shots he creates. Magic Lite...lol. Running the point as a true freshman.
Josh Christopher is having a good start for a bad team at Arizona State. Impressive numbers in a loss to Villanova

Suggs is pretty hard to beat, but I haven't seen a lot of them yet.
Homer pick: Kadary Richmond is looking good for Syracuse. Per 40, he’s at 13pts, 6reb, 6ast, 4stls on 50% shooting. Looks good handling the ball and getting the team into offensive sets and plays good D. TOs are a tad high at 3 (2:1 ratio though) and he could shoot better from behind the arc.

Suggs and Barnes’ stats are nearly identical. Add 4 inches onto Suggs, and you have Barnes.

Dre Davis has been such a pleasant surprise. Kid has a bright future, and he’s just scratching the surface. He’s a freshman and he’s already built like an nba player at 6’6 220. He can shoot it from anywhere on the court, post up and dribble drive into the lane. Dude should have been a top 25 recruit, but none of those bs politics matter now.
He’s listed at 6-5. Just hoping Boeheim doesn’t limit his minutes too much. He tends to favor the incumbent players pretty heavily (Girard and Buddy Boeheim). Kadary benefited from Buddy missing games due to Covid contact tracing. He deserves at least 20 minutes a game, imo.
Which begs the question, why is AZ State bad? Is Christopher excelling at the expense of Remy Martin? Can’t figure them out.
Naw, he’s a Sg/sf. Idk why ESPN hasn’t updated that or changed that. Our bigs are Withers, Igiehon, Traynor and Malik Williams (injured)

Pretty happy with true freshman Zach Edey at Purdue. He's 7'4 and averaging 12 points and 4.4 rebounds while shooting 70% from the floor and 75% from the line in just 15 minutes per game.

Hurley sucks ass. Just rolls the ball out. Christopher has decent stats but a very selfish player on a team full of them. They will struggle to be .500.
