Aren't play-in games all 11 seeds and 16 seeds now? It's been that way the last 3 years. I don't remember if that's a rule change but I don't think a play-in team has been a 12-seed since 2014

Recently yes, in the past I remember it used to have a 14 seeds play-in game. It was quite epic though, Iona led by 25pts at a time with their run n gun shooting and ended up losing the game to BYU.
