Seriously why the mass blacklisting of Auburn fans on Rupps Rafters? It’s a free open board that has the most activity for basketball in the SEC. I can understand ones that were over the top flaming but most auburn fans were not doing that at all. I never even posted there myself and I got banned. Just enjoyed reading threads over there and now I can’t even do that.

It isn't just Auburn fans, I feel like. A lot of opposing fans are banned before they post. My guess is it has a lot to do with the traffic and how many trolls attempt to post over there. Its not fair by any means, but there are troll threads on there daily, and lots of them. Easier to just clean up the mess before it gets started, I guess. There are definitely more lenient mods out there.

Have you tried other teams boards?

Good point, but in fairness, he is right about Rupp Rafters being the best place to talk SEC hoops (public or private). Obviously, there are some mouth breathers there, but there are a lot of good posters who just like talking college basketball.

Posting after a UK loss though, watch out!

Be honest. You only visit this board and Rupp Rafters, right?
Nope. I visit the North Carolina, Duke, Indiana and Florida boards on a regular basis. I rarely post because all have a quick trigger. I was permanently banned on the Florida "NuttinButNet" board, so I basically read without posting.

In fact I don't read Rupps Rafters often because it is too massive and crazy. I am a premium member and rarely read House of Blue.

I was banned from the Florida board after 1 post. Someone used a fake statistic about UK being the only team to the final four and the next year the NIT(or something like that). I said it happened to another team and named the team and was banned.

RR. I honestly can’t even remember what I was banned for. I think I said damn this past time. I haven’t read any Rafters posts in quite some time. UL board is getting chippy between me and this nccardfan who might be another Zipp account. It’s really fun to troll him.

Wait, what?! I was permabanned for bashing Jay Bilas, and I was always respectful, but your ass is getting UNBANNED? That's some bullshit.

The mods on RR are about the most liberal of not banning folks than any board that I have ever read. I doubt that they banned Auburn fans across the board. That is not their modius operandi.
The only thing I can confirm about that is MOST UofL posters are banned on the UK boards. I guess they just don't make that fact public. Full disclosure though, I am not one of those UofL posters that are banned from the UK boards.

Duke board really doesn't have a quick trigger, UNC does if you show up and argue or even think about mentioning the fake class scandal. I've been banned there once but I told someone to go **** himself so it was understandable (even though that poster is a collossal douchebag). Generally if you are respectful you can participate in threads bit you're going to catch a ton of shit.

I have no interest in posting on rupp rafters after the champions classic, I'd be asking for trouble.

I was warned once, so I don't post.

I am good at getting in arguments so it is best to stick to my two boards.

Hell I was banned on this board once.

What about @kysportsfan2011? We all know you'd still be using that name today if not for being banned on RR. Winking
