Honestly, UCLA had some really bad luck this year. Hill and Smith got injured during the season. Nix decided to go to the G-League after the pandemic was threatening the season. They should have been a lot better. But Cronin still got his team into the round of 32. We'll see how they fare in the 2nd round

UCLA now has a clean path to sweet 16, and if Maryland manages to pull off an upset over Alabama they will have a serious chance for elite 8 trip.

byu getting a 6 seed was the worst seeding of the tournament. They play in a garbage league outside of Gonzaga and went 0-3 against Gonzaga. Their only good win all year was over San Diego State. They should have been in the 8-9 game.
