That's not what it is. It was Paulo's car and they are saying he's guilty of letting someone else drive that he knew had obviously been drinking.
Oh....SO-----If I let Jimbo drive my car, and he gets pulled over, I get in trouble too?
Both are ****ing stupid.
What's worse is apparently the owner doesn't even have to be in the car.
Makes me think the arresting cop was a UNC fan. I have never even heard of aiding and abetting a DWI and I bet it almost never gets charged either even though this shit happens all the time.
Apparently its a law in North Car O lina......EVerytime I google, "aiding and abetting DUI, DWI, etc, etc...."---its comes up, North Car O lina...
