Top 3 teams since 07-08: Kansas, Duke and Louisville

Over 10 years I think the key stats are obviously Win/loss record overall, NCAA tournament wins, National Titles, FFs, E8s, S16s, League titles (Reg season and Tournament). I think Offense and defensive efficiencies, Ft% etc are diving a little to in depth, most teams grow over a season.

In 2007-2008, would I have predicted UVA to be 16th over the next 10 years?

Haven't they been pretty terrible outside of those 2 years? And they were really not that good in 2011.

They've been terrible, but I think 95% of schools (outside of Duke, UNC, Nova) would trade their seasons this past 10 years for UCONN's two titles since 2008.

True but I don't think any team in the top 50 would take their outlook going forward. They are essentially Houston, Georgetown or UNLV. A very good decade+ as an anecdote in the history book.

Love that it starts at 2007 when Kstate became relevant again post-Huggy Bear. Got that #25 spot. We were a cellar for about 10 years prior. But a power from the 50’s to early 90’s.

This looks pretty accurate quite frankly. Not sure about Texas being up there so high but they’ve had remarkable regular seasons - just flame out in the tourney. Baylor and WVU actually outperform in tourney.

The top 5 are right tho - not sure on order. I agree with another poster that UCONN being left out discounts the validity of the system here tho.
