I mean, welcome to sports 101.
-UT is better than North Carolina this year
-UT is better than UCLA this year
-UT beat duke in the Sweet 16 two years ago
-UK beat UT in FB a couple years ago
-UT is ranked 4th in the country right now, UK is 15th, yet UK swept them and UK has several wins that are better.
But the biggest thing to take out of what you just said is, this is the best UT has ever been and even though Cal crapped his pants the last 5 years and UK now has an inexperienced coach, UT is STILL not equal, even when it is timeframed to help UT.

And we excelled in every conference we’ve been in. You laughing at the Metro conference? We won two NATIONAL championships while playing in that conference. You guys have been being basketball bullies in a conference that didn’t care about basketball, now that they do care you’re mid pack.
Yeah, U6 has done wonders in the ACC, BLOCKHEAD.
UK is still miles ahead of the rest of the SEC. (49 reg season titles, 32 conference tourney titles). Pope is going to make even idiots like you forget the last 5 years of ineptitude under Cal.
U6 has been in the ACC for 10 years now. How many reg season titles or ACC tournament titles ya got?

This isn't the first time ut has had a successful run.... UK has just had a lot more and been far more consistent.

Cal really opened up a window for the other SEC conference members to think they can take over. Gonna be a long time before the gap is closed.
