True but that cat was lighting it UP yesterday lol. Defender had to keep himself in front and make them throw it over him. The real fail here was even letting him get the ball.

It may have been the correct call by the books, but A) you rarely see that call in a last-second situation, especially in the tourney, and B) it’s an awful rule. The contact occurred after the ball was released and didn’t affect the shot in any way. Shouldn’t be a shooting foul.
And to the defenders credit he tried hard to deny the inbounds but Edwards fought through. Was a great play, because another half second and that's 5 sec.
