I'm not a fan of fake anything. Only time I would ever even agree with fake tits is if the chick is getting them done because hers are saggy and deflated (like after a few kids). There is nothing attractive about unnatural looking and feeling tits. I also can't think of anyone that has looked better after facial surgery either. Good example, Meg Ryan.
