I know bud, and I know you're a smart guy, one of my favorite Dukies on here. And you are right when you say we do it more and worse than everyone else, fine. I really can't dispute that. All I'm saying is, if we spotlighted every post from every fan, like some of these articles/people do on Rafters, we could find some pretty bad stuff from every fanbase. I do not like defending some of the things that go on over there, but there are actually some intelligent UK fans that post on Rafters, and I hate seeing them or UK fans in general all get lumped together.

Haha. Tarinal is a bit insensivtive, but I get your point. Speaking of which, we have something in common. I'm also banned from the UL board. I went over last night to see if anything was said about Duke losing (with a UK slant) and boom, I'm banned. Have no idea why. Doesn't matter, just thought it was funny. I had a PM probably explaining why, but couldn't read it due to being banned. They didn't think that process through very well. Laughing

I got about 6 posts in before getting banned on RR. Something to do with klan members and BBN reminding me of Nazi Germany, I thought I’d at least make my post count into the double digits. The skin be thin over there.

Meh...all home boards have their own type of idiocy associated with them. Ref blaming/shaming just happens to be a favorite of RRs. We all take our turn at having the curtain pulled back on our own lunatics. The good thing is, in most cases, the real nutjobs of our home boards don't often make their way over here, or last too long when they do (like a certain 1 name UofL poster). And most who regularly post here don't typically post too much on their own home boards or don't bring the real homerism (and hatred) of their home boards over here. So, I think the phrase "present company excluded" can generally be assumed when referencing the not so great segment anybody's fan base here.

Lots of fanbases do dumb stuff. But there’s a huge contrast in tone when some outlets cover “UK/Bama Fans” versus the Bills mafia, Boston area die hards, and Philly fans.
